            ▪         Visit our e-boutique. If the item is in stock, add it to the shopping cart and check out. Prices are in Euros € and we accept PayPal, Bank Transfer and credit/debit cards.

 

Discounts

            ▪         If you’re eligible for discounts, enter the coupon code during checkout or when making appointment. We can’t offer discounts or reimburse you after you’ve completed the purchase. 

Pre-Orders

            ▪         From time to time we take pre-orders at our e-boutique. After receiving your submission we’ll send you an email confirmation.

            ▪         At a later date, when stock is available, we’ll email you to complete the purchase. You have up to 7 days, from the time of the email, to purchase online or book an appointment to purchase from our boutique. 

            ▪         You may email us any time to cancel your pre-order. 

            ▪         Pre-orders are offered as a free service, and we assume no responsibility if our emails fail to reach you. 

            ▪         We don’t respond to pre-order requests via email.

 

Product Alerts

            ▪         If the item is out of stock, in most cases you can subscribe to product alerts at our e- boutique and we’ll email you, at a later date, when stock is available or if we’re taking pre-orders.

            ▪         Your email address will be deleted from our records once the product alert email is sent.

            ▪         Product alerts are offered as a free service and we assume no responsibility if our emails fail to reach you.
